Responsibilities

• Support existing customers with contract renewals.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and services.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls using customer leads.
• Deliver excellent customer experiences while working towards team goals.
• Work as part of a supportive and collaborative team.

• Previous sales or target-based experience is desirable but not essential as full training is provided.
