Job description

We are looking for an experienced, Bar supervisor to join our team at Harbour and Company. Working alongside our Bar Manager you will be a support network for both senior and junior teams. You will enjoy flexible working, discounted food on shift and group discounts across our other venues.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests and providing attentive service.
• Taking food and drink orders.
• Serving food and preparing/serving drinks.
• Maintaining service standards throughout each shift.
• Clearing and resetting tables.
• Stock control.
• Training junior team members in drink preparation and general service.
• Dealing with complaints as per company policy.
• Cocktail preparation.
• Ensuring company policy and standards are upheld and taught to junior team.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Has previous front-of-house experience in a busy hospitality environment.
• Customer service.
• Can work independently as well as part of a team.

Desirable Skills

• Sunday availability.

Further Information

This role can be part-time or full-time for the right candidate, with flexible shift patterns available between 11am and 1am. We are happy to discuss a working pattern that suits the successful candidate.
