The role requires 3 fixed days (Monday, Thursday and Friday) and fixed hours of 10am to 5pm. Responsibilities

• Assist customers in finding products and provide excellent customer service
• Maintain a clean and organised shop environment
• Receive and stock inventory
• Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately
• Merchandising

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Customer service skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a retail or customer service role preferred
• Communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to self motivate and work independently
• Basic math skills for cash handling
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Able to stand for long periods of time and lift objects if necessary

Desirable Skills

• Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
