Our client, Dreams, is seeking a Sales Consultant to join their team based in Derry/Londonderry. Responsibilities

• Delivering an in-store experience for every customer.
• Taking the time to understand each customers individual needs and recommending the right solutions.
• Offering expert product knowledge and advice.
• Creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers and colleagues alike.
• Achieving and exceeding sales targets while maintaining customer service.
• Contributing ideas and supporting store layout changes to create an inspiring shopping environment.
• Working collaboratively with your colleagues to ensure the store looks its best and operates smoothly.
• Playing an active role in the continued success and growth of the business.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Experience in a retail or sales-driven environment.
• A proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering customer service.
• Communication and relationship-building skills.

Desirable Skills

• Previous furniture retail experience is desirable but not essential.
