Responsibilities

• Serving and managing customers
• Setting and complying with Staff Rotas
• Handling cash / payments
• Ordering and receiving large stocks
• Keeping premises clean and tidy
• Opening and closing premises
• Managing part-time staff
• Health & Safety checks
• Attending Team meetings
• Contributing to the reputation of Davitts GAC
• Attending all necessary training as required.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Direct Bar person experience - at least 2 years working behind the bar in a busy working environment
• Customer service skills
• Able to work well as part of a team.
• Managing resources, including money, stock and people
