Job description

To help maintain and enhance our housing stock, ensuring our tenants live in safe, high quality homes.

Responsibilities

• You'll work closely with tenants, contractors, colleagues, and external agencies to deliver responsive maintenance services, oversee property inspections, manage improvement works, and ensure compliance with all relevant standards and legislation

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• HND (or equivalent) in surveying, building services or property management related discipline
• OR, Sound knowledge of building construction with minimum 6 years’ relevant experience in construction, estate or property management
