Job description

We are recruiting Joiners to work on Social Housing maintenance projects for our client. The work will be based in the Derry/Londonderry area.

Responsibilities

• Carry out day-to-day joinery repairs and maintenance.
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timescales.
• Maintain accurate job records and comply with health & safety requirements.
• Repair, replace and install doors, frames, locks, skirting, kitchens, flooring and other fixtures as required.
• Diagnose defects and complete repairs efficiently and safely. Liaise professionally with tenants, clients, and colleagues.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Level 3 NVQ in a relevant trade or equivalent.
• Previous trades experience in similar role.
• Up to date relevant industry knowledge, including Health and Safety legislation.
• Current and valid full & clean UK driving licence.
• Valid CSR card.
