Job description

We're looking for an individual to join our team as a Scheme Coordinator. This is a varied role where you'll support tenants to live independently and build positive community relationships. This scheme contains 32 properties with an additional 4 not connected to the main building. Please see employer website for full job details & person specification.

Responsibilities

• To provide prospective tenants with information on the Scheme and its services.
• To complete pre-tenancy requirements and sign up new tenants.
• Through induction provide new tenants with a clear understanding of the support offered and facilities provided at the scheme and make moving into sheltered housing as simple as possible.
• To assess support needs of tenants and complete and maintain outcome focused support plans.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• One year’s recent experience providing professional and care/support services.

Desirable Skills

• CLAIT or equivalent. Administration skills.
• Qualification in Housing or Support/Care.
