On behalf of our client, Royal Mail, Industrial Temps is recruiting enthusiastic and reliable Mail Sorters to join the team in Carrickfergus over the busy Christmas period! Be part of the team that helps deliver Christmas! Whether you're looking to earn some extra money for the festive season or take on a temporary role, we've got a shift to suit you!

Responsibilities

• Sorting letters, packages and parcels
• Unloading mail from delivery vans
• Moving mail around the warehouse
• Operating trolleys and handling mail bags
• Helping the team meet important deadlines
• Keeping your work area clean, safe and organised

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Physically capable of pushing trolleys weighing up to 25kg.
• Physically capable of lifting and moving mail bags weighing up to 11kg
• Flexibility to work weekends and overtime

Desirable Skills

• Warehouse experience is desirable

These Mail Sorter position is based in Carrickfergus, Northern Ireland. Work Time Afternoons: 3:00pm to 10:00pm. Nights: 10:00pm to 6:00am, days to be confirmed.
