CJM Facilities Management Ltd is seeking an experienced drainage professional for a hands-on role based in Newtownards, covering Northern Ireland. Duties include drain unblocking, high-pressure jetting, CCTV surveys, grease trap maintenance, organising daily work and dealing with customers. Working directly with the Director, you’ll help develop and grow the drainage division. Practical drainage experience, a full driving licence and the ability to work independently are essential.

Responsibilities

• Organise jobs, liaise with customers, complete reports, assist with quotes, maintain equipment and safe working practices, and help grow the drainage division.
• Carry out drain unblocking, high-pressure jetting, CCTV surveys and grease trap maintenance.
• Reactive callouts and planned maintenance.
• Deal with customers, explain findings and recommend further work.
• Complete accurate job reports, photographs and CCTV records.
• Assist with site visits, quotations and developing repeat maintenance work.
• Maintain vehicles, tools and equipment, following safe working procedures.
• Monitor job time, materials and costs to support profitability.
• Help recruit, train and supervise additional operatives as the division grows.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Proven experience in drain jetting, CCTV surveys and grease trap maintenance.
• Full driving licence,
• Fault-finding.
• Customer service and organisational skills, with the ability to work safely and independently.

Desirable Skills

• Previous supervisory experience is desirable.
