Working in partnership with Riada, FastHouse are revolutionising the way homes are built through precision-engineered timber frame systems that are fast, efficient and sustainable. FastHouse are recruiting across their manufacturing teams, with roles available for General Operatives. These are full-time positions with immediate starts, offering a consistent schedule and strong work-life balance. There’s also a real focus on development and team culture, with ongoing training opportunities and regular team activities, breakfasts and fundraising events.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and tools.
• Maintain quality documentation.
• Read and follow drawings and specifications.
• Support safety, efficiency and production targets.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• None required.

Desirable Skills

• A Forklift licence would be advantageous but not essential.
• Previous experience in the construction or manufacturing industry is desirable along with the ability to interpret production drawings and specifications.
