MPA Recruitment is recruiting an experienced Joiner / Maintenance Joiner on behalf of an established maintenance contractor based in Castledawson. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity offering consistent work, a company van and fuel card, and a salary review after six months. The role involves a variety of joinery, repair and maintenance work across residential properties, including both occupied and vacant homes.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out 1st and 2nd fix joinery.
• Installing and repairing doors, kitchens and ironmongery.
• Completing general property maintenance and repairs.
• Undertaking glazing and associated joinery works.
• Working in occupied and vacant residential properties.
• Completing job sheets and relevant documentation.
• Maintaining safe working practices and providing a professional service to tenants and clients.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Time served or suitably qualified Joiner.
• Experience in 1st and 2nd fix joinery.
• Previous maintenance or property repair experience.
• Full UK driving licence.

Desirable Skills

• Valid CSR Card, or willingness to obtain one.
