Responsibilities

• Care in the community.
• Personal care.
• Light meal preparation.
• Provide companionship for vulnerable individuals
• Maintaing a clean and tidy work area.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Full driving licence and access to a motor vehicle.
• Able to promote and deliver person-centered care.
• Able to promote dignity and respect when delivering care.

Desirable Skills

• QCF level 3 in Health & Social Care.
• Previous paid caring experience.

Please note: Criteria for this role is that you apply for an Enhanced AccessNI certificate - paid for by NWCare. No training or qualifications are required as NWCare provides full bespoke training in their in-house training academy. Work Time: We work a 4/3 rota pattern: Week 1 Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday. Week 2 Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. The morning rotas begin at 07:00 and finish at 14:30, afternoons between 15:00 - 18:30 and the evening rotas begin at 19:00 to 23:00. We offer all of our staff: Excellent hourly rate of pay.
